In-house

Built a medical clinic’s patient-acquisition system

The clinic was running ads with no system behind them: leads pulled by hand once a day, no CRM, no follow-up, so most went cold. The traffic was fine; everything after the click was leaking.

Built the Google and Meta campaigns with proper structure, audience targeting, and creative testing. Over 3 months and approximately $10k in ad spend, generated 1,100 enquiries for a multi-specialty medical clinic. By implementing landing pages, conversion tracking, CRM automation, and automated follow-up, lead-to-booking rates increased from 20% to 38%, while booking-to-show rates improved from 35% to 60%, resulting in significantly more attended consultations without increasing ad spend.

Google and Meta ad campaigns for a digital marketing agency’s clients across different industries, from auto dealers to a cleaning services company, adapting the setup to each one.

Generated 1,247 leads for an automotive dealer client using Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), spending $4,442 across two campaigns at a $3.56 average cost per lead, with video and static creative tested against lead-form ads.
